Loved it! Enjoyed the hugh tenderloin sandwich! The owner is funny and pleasant. Right there on the lake front.

Most excellent clam chowder. All you can eat fish/shrimp on friday is to die for! Be sure to stop by and try this great little place!

The food is amazing and I felt the prices were phenomenal for the portions you get! The chicken salad was as fresh as I'd ever seen. The service was extremely friendly and helpful and the view of the lake is stunning! I highly recommend Behms to everyone. They have all variety of foods and drinks and they also have a bar inside. Their outdoor seating is right at the water and the view can't be beat!

Always a pleasant dining experience.... Casey is great with service and Stan is always with accommodating.... Have enjoyed most items from the chicken to chops to frog legs and sirloin - all enjoyable for a fantastic price

Good home cooking with a lake view. Prices were very fair.

Food was decent. They need to use some seasoning when cooking. Fried chicken was blah. Tasted like the oil. Again, may have been better if seasoned.

Finally found this restaurant open and ate here for our anniversary. Loved it. Great food.I had baked catfish and hubby had steak. Service was great. We also got to look out at the lake and watch the geese and cranes and boats. Can't wait to go back!

Great restaurant I've frequented over the years with my grandparents. The fish is wonderful, the service always good. Miss bringing grandpa here, but will keep bringing grandma when we are in town.

Really good food. Fresh and good quality. Wait was a little long, even though it wasn't real busy, I had 4 small children waiting for food and a party of 9. Waitress dropped our food order on the ground (I sympathize with that), so assuming they started over, but we weren't even informed. Beautiful atmosphere and overall happy.

Nice family restaurant on the south side of Lake St. Mary's. Nice view of the lake and boats can dock right outside to come in for a meal. American food, full bar and large portions.

Not 2a friendly. I do not agree wit it but i do appreciate that you have it posted clearly on the doors. Had wings and salad. Wings are decent size. Not too bad. Tenderloins are huge. No complaints from my friends that ate with me. Service is slow.

Excellent family restaurant. Great food (was there on "all you can eat" fish night, lucky me) and welcoming staff. The setting is lakefront and has a nice view. I recommend it for a peaceful meal.

Their hand breaded tenderloin is bigger than your face and DELICIOUS!! They have huge windows that look out on the lake. Service is friendly. The place is small so I wouldn't go during rush hour dining times.

I have eaten here many times over the 34 years that I lived in Southmoor Shores before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. My favorite meal was the walleye sandwich and turtle soup. Besides the delicious food, the view of the lake was excellent with boaters stopping in for a good meal. I fondly remember one incident when an excellent waitress (don't remember her name) brought her 4 year old daughter to work with her one Saturday during lunchtime. As her mother cleared the table, her daughter followed in her footsteps and cleared a spoon off my table. I called her daughter back to the table and gave her a one dollar tip. She ran to her mother happily waving the dollar bill, having received her first tip as a 4 year old. I have brought visitors here several times and have recommended this restaurant to many coworkers in Lima, Ohio who were looking for a quaint restaurant with good food. I always received excellent feedback from these people after visiting this restaurant.

Known for their walleye and view of the lake. Very friendly folks. They have big frog legs too!

Good food good people

I loved the atmosphere of this laid back restaurant. The theme is light houses and being by the water, which I love. The prices are average..not a cheap meal by any means. People can drive here for lunch or be out on the water and pull their boat in to dock while they eat. I had fish but they had a selection of steaks, salads, seafood, burgers, ect.

Fun, on-the-lake atmosphere, good food, vey nice staff in restaurant! Patio area in back allowed us to have our dog with us. Boats can pull right up in the channel and moor and then go in and eat. Reasonable prices too! If you enjoy being seated near the water, this is a nice hometown place to go. Behm's Lighthouse is literally right across the channel, but unless you have a boat or want to swim across, you can't access it from there. (And I wouldn't recommend going into the water currently, as there are signs everywhere saying that bacterial levels are dangerous.)Pretty day to enjoy some food beside the water!

While my cheeseburger was just okay, my wife's fish sandwich was the best that she has had in years. We enjoyed the view and would recommend this place to all.
